Youth Supportive Housing and Workforce Readiness

The Mission: A whole-person readiness program for foster youth and high-barrier vulnerable youth. We prioritize meeting basic and immediate needs to create a solid foundation for growth.

The Impact: Focuses on professional presence, workspace etiquette, and SDOH navigation. We build a community-based navigation system that bridges youth to education and apprenticeships.

Current Need: Additional Funding for housing, stipends, and basic needs; industry partners for mentorship.

S.O.A.R. Initiative
SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, & Recovery

The Mission: Expert navigation of federal SSI/SSDI benefits for individuals facing the highest barriers to financial and housing stability.

The Impact: As certified practitioners, we handle the complex administrative "red tape" to secure benefits and medical evidence for vulnerable populations.

Current Need: Additional Funding for administrative capacity, volunteer practitioners, and expanded partnerships with medical/legal advocacy.

Community Training
THRIVE is Live! Sessions, Workshops, Community Support

The Mission: Moving away from static libraries to focus on real-time workshops, clinics, and professional networking.

The Impact: Covers a wide variety of topics including BH/MH awareness and education, designed to foster collective growth and community skill-building for everyone.

Current Need: Additional Funding to expand the live session calendar and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Fiscal Sponsorship
Administrative & Compliance Infrastructure

The Mission: Providing a professional administrative and compliance engine for emerging mission-driven projects.

Status: Cohort launching December 2026.

The Impact: We offer fund management and regulatory oversight for grassroots initiatives that have the vision but lack technical infrastructure.

Current Need: Inquiry Phase. Currently accepting interest for the Winter 2026 cohort.

SHRM Professional Development & Corporate Training
Strategic Workforce & HR Capacity Building

The Mission: Empowering regional employers, HR executives, and managers to build supportive, highly productive workplace cultures. Jan's Dreams is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification providers.

The Impact: We deliver certified, high-impact training modules that help corporate teams master employee retention, workplace wellness, trauma-responsive management, and data-driven workforce analytics. Revenue generated from this corporate-facing wing directly funds our community and youth stabilization academies.

Current Need: Forward-thinking public entities, legislators, corporate partners, business owners, and HR departments looking to earn PDCs while enhancing employee productivity. We are seeking contracts for custom enterprise training packages and strategic alignment with corporate social responsibility (CSR) partners.

Community Connections
Digital Accessibility, Adoption, & Literacy

The Mission: Closing the digital divide through hardware access, digital literacy, and technical support. We focus on Adoption to ensure participants are truly connected. Programming aligned with California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) funding.

The Impact: We assist participants with low-cost or no-cost broadband/internet service enrollment and provide a technical helpdesk for long-term success.

Current Need: Partners & Participants to offer services to staff/clients; Additional Funding for hardware, monthly service fees, data analytics certificates for participants. A vehicle to bring digital literacy to rural and tribal areas is on our wishlist!
