A Recovery-Ready Workplace is an organizational model supported by the U.S. Department of Labor. It focuses on preventing substance misuse, reducing workplace stigma, and supporting employees in recovery. Instead of defaulting to immediate, punitive termination during a health crisis, an RRW organization utilizes structured, non-punitive pathways to retain talent and maintain safety.
